The embroidery? So clean and detailed. I loved how they sent a design review before doing the final piece. Gave me a chance to tweak a few things. It was actually super helpful. That level of care is rare.
Honestly didn’t expect the bag to feel this high quality for the price. The straps, buckles, and fabric are solid. Only issue was the wait time, but the end product made it totally worth it. Def buying again.
