Saw Lucy and Lola Shop on Instagram and decided to give them a shot. The bag looked super cute and aesthetic so I went for it. Shipping took a while, but they let me know upfront since they’re based in the UK and I’m in the US. Fair enough.
The embroidery? So clean and detailed. I loved how they sent a design review before doing the final piece. Gave me a chance to tweak a few things. It was actually super helpful. That level of care is rare.
